How do I arrange for a pet sitter?

Fill out the booking form in the Booking Request page and submit it. We will confirm within 12 hours via your preferred contact method whether or not a pet sitter is available over the specified time period. If you are a new client we will arrange a meeting with you and your pets and go over your requirements for your pets, house and plants.

A Pet Owners Form must be filled out for all new clients. We can bring this with us on our initial visit or you can submit it online.

How can I arrange for an urgent pet sitting booking?

What are my payment options?
Full payment is required in advance.

New clients: You can pay by cash on our initial visit or direct credit
via internet banking. 

Existing clients: You can leave cash for us to collect on our first day of pet sitting or pay by direct credit via internet banking.
